Food Security: "By providing a constant supply of good food (not processed food) to food hubs, food shelves, and hospital systems, we really can make impact in ending food insecurity". 

Nutrition Security: "When we promote and provide nutrition security, we take a step in making the world a better place. It's healthy for people, it's healthy for the planet". 

Affordable Food Access: "It goes beyond grocery store produce departments, and beyond my chef friends who own all of these amazing restaurants. Reliable access to good food is something everyone needs, and with so many people not eating nutritious food, this lifelong passion comes together for me now as a way to think about the world, and how we can and must make it a better place for all of us". 

We Can Reverse Climate Impact: "At age 59, I have researched climate, food, forestry and farming extensively, and for a long time. The people in my generation have made the choices to create the negative impact on our food system and our planet. We face it today, and must face it tomorrow. It's my personal responsibility to use what I know, because I have energy and will and passion for it, and God willing the time, to do my part to make the impact to repair it".
